GroupID
The GroupID element specifies the group ID for the specified record owner or record owner group for the historical or forecast input data. This value will refer to another facility in the system that establishes a parent relationship that can be used for grouping meters or meter groups, or for different assignments of forecast values (see Value Assignment Type for more information). The GroupID value should match the ID of the parent facility record, not the parent’s Facility ID itself. This element is optional.
